3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period, and data recipients

3.1. We require the personal data collected for contract fulfillment, billing, enforcement of contractual claims, customer service, and advertising purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.

3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, the fulfillment of the contract, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g., contact form, newsletter, cookies). Failure to provide the data may have various consequences.

3.3. In addition, we process basic personal data such as your name, your professional position, and your preferred contact details (email address, address, telephone number) from publicly available sources.

4.1. Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us, further processed, and stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry. Without this data, we cannot process your enquiries.

4.2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) GDPR.

5. Newsletter

5.1. You can subscribe to our newsletter on the website. Without providing this data, it is not possible to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.

5.2. We use processors to send our newsletter. These processors have committed to complying with the applicable data protection regulations. 6. Use of cookies, analysis tools, and advertising – Google Analytics

6.1. This website uses the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.” These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.
